Red Beans and Rice
In New Orleans, locals traditionally serve this meal on Mondays, but we liked it so much that we serve it everyday! Cooked with smoked andouille sausage and loads of flavor.
Premium Ground chuck burger, lettuce, tomato and onion on a toasted buttered bun served with a side of Seasoned Fries. You can add cheese, bacon, Macon's Bacon or try it smothered "Slow and Easy" with our house Etouffee for an additional charge.
